Between 2004 and 2013 I was an active member of the anime and cosplay community. First as a cosplayer and later mainly as a photographer. What attracts people into the cosplay world, is getting into character, and being able to wear these astonishing outfits.

Most of the photos in this series were taken from “Lou’s Cosplay”: a perfectionist cosplayer with beautiful homemade work.
